All TobiBrand items are made to order through our production partners (print on demand). This helps reduce waste and lets us offer more designs, but it also means we can’t treat returns the same way as big-box stores. Returns/refunds are only for damaged/defective/incorrect item

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (and the packaging if it arrived damaged)
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund to your original payment method
