Welcome to TobiBrand. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.tobishoponline.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Products and made-to-order production

Many of our products are made to order through production partners (print on demand). Because items are produced after you place an order:
Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting
Small variations may occur between product batches
Pricing, currency, and payments

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Orders and order confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or inventory/production limitations.
Shipping and delivery (US and Canada)

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, weather, customs processes (where applicable), or other factors outside our control.
Order cancellations and changes

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@tobishoponline.com with your order number.

Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started. If production has already begun, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.
Returns, refunds, and replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy explains what is eligible for a refund or replacement. Due to made-to-order production, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@tobishoponline.com and we will make it right.
Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including product designs, graphics, logos, images, and text) is owned by TobiBrand or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Third-party services

The Site may rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and production partners). We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TobiBrand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state/province where TobiBrand operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
